0ron's Terms & Conditions

1.1 About the Platform

0ron is an online gaming and betting platform that provides entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to ensure the highest level of security and operates in accordance with fair play principles.

1.2 Effective Date of the Terms

These Terms take effect from the date they are published on the platform and remain in force for as long as you use the 0ron platform. 0ron reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the Bengali text shall be considered final. On any legal matter, 0ron's decision is final.

2.1 Age Requirement

The 0ron platform is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about your age is a serious violation, and in such cases the account will be immediately closed and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes:

• Your real name (as shown on your national ID card or passport)
• An active email address
• An active mobile number
• Date of birth
• Your preferred payment method details

Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on 0ron. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and any accumulated bonuses will be considered void.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 0ron will not be held liable if a third party accesses your account without your permission. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify us immediately at [email protected].

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

0ron supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). Transactions can only be made using these methods.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit for each payment method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Requests for deposits or withdrawals below these amounts will not be accepted.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure that:

• Your account verification has been completed
• The deposit method and withdrawal method are the same or compatible
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met
• Your account has a sufficient balance

3.4 Transaction Security

All financial transactions are carried out within 0ron's SSL-encrypted secure environment. Do not make payments through any third party and do not conduct transactions using someone else's account — this is a violation of these Terms.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

0ron offers a 100% bonus for first-time depositors, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied to the bonus amount only — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

Please keep the following points in mind regarding bonuses:

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once
• Bonus funds cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements are met
• Claiming bonuses by creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• Bonuses cannot be claimed using someone else's payment method
• 0ron reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus

4.4 VIP Program

0ron has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Cashback is automatically credited to eligible users' accounts. The criteria for advancing to a higher tier are determined at 0ron's discretion.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

0ron is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The games on the platform are operated using verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures the impartiality of results.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 0ron:

• Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability of the platform
• Collaborative cheating or deliberately colluding with others to harm the platform
• Money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Operating an account under a false identity
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address

0ron is not liable under any circumstances for the following losses:

9.3 Right to Close Accounts

0ron reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for any reason, particularly in the case of a breach of these Terms, without prior notice. For accounts closed for legitimate reasons, any applicable balance will be returned.

10.1 Filing a Complaint

10.2 Dispute Resolution Process

Upon receiving a complaint, 0ron will review it as quickly as possible. If the user is not satisfied with the initial decision, a formal appeals process is available. 0ron's final decision is binding. These Terms and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with general legal principles.

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 0ron and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are superseded by these Terms.

11.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.

11.3 Updates to the Terms

0ron reviews and updates these terms and conditions as needed. A notice is displayed at the top of the platform after any changes. It is your responsibility to read the latest terms and conditions regularly.
